OK - So here is the story. I was at a small car show with some very upscale cars and free beer...Towards the end of the show I was approached by a guy with a camera and two very attractive girls in tow. He asked if after the show could his “Models” take some pictures with the car at a more private location in the park where we at. .. Cut to the chase the models went topless- I was distracted by free beer. After getting home that night I noticed the rather large scratch on the top of the passenger fender.

All week I tried to compound and fix the scratch but nothing was working. Then it came to me TEAM Stripes.
So when the wife asked me why I put the "ugly red stripes on the car". I needed a story pronto. Here is what I went with and if you ever see her at a show with me- I need your backing up on the story.

I told her that the Team stripes were placed on both sides of the Cobras and that they often “offset the stripes” so the long ones on the passenger side were easier for the spectators to see. In this case – a little white lie was better than dealing with the grief I would have gotten.

Your a bad boy beastly but your secret is safe with this cat. Also yours is the very reason why we stopped putting our cars in shows talking scratches.
