Our body's main problem is that the two arches over the rear wheels were not exactly the same width, probably off by 3/8 or 1/2 inch. I was able to get this down to about 3/16" of an inch of visual difference and so basically unnoticeable by any bystander. Anyhow, once I had it down, I bolted the crap out of the body/frame connection in a out 8 locations including my custom side impact bars, epoxied and panel bonded the firewall tub to the body, and riveted the front fenders to the body using 1/4" stainless steel rivets. The truck panel has another 20 rivets.
