Anyone have issues with ride height? After way too many years I finally got my car fitted with Vintage pin drives and was ready to drop car down on its own wheels and tires. I made the mistake of using my regular floor jack and dropped the nose first. Come to find out my jack is taller than the nose height (at least with rear still up on stands) I cracked the bottom of the
oil cooler opening. Fortunately it was ready to go to the body shop for fiberglass work and paint. Once it was on the wheels and tires I found out just how low it sits. How high do your cars sit? And how do you get down the road without tearing everything up? I talked to a guy that built a Street beasts model (mines a CMC) and he said at one point he tore the
oil pan plug out when it hit something in the road. He didn't keep his long cuz new wife said it had to go. I have plans to change over to coil overs. Will I be able to gain some clearance? Harry I used the measurements you gave me and mine look identical.
