Looking to buy a GT40 - need some pricing advice
Hey GT40 gang,
Considering the purchase of a Superformance GT40. Hillbank has 3 pre owned GTs each priced the same: Browse our Cars | Hillbank Motor Corporation[min]=0&price[max]=550000&sort_by=field_body_style_tid&sort_order=ASC&items_per_page=All The 3 cars they have a priced the same: $164,950. I know with the economy recover exotic car prices have rebounded. But I am seeking feedback on these cars and their prices. Do they seem in line with what you've been seeing Superformance GTs selling for? If not what do you think these GTs are worth? Thanks in advance for your advice! Jeff |
Jeff,
Vehicles are worth what someone is willing to pay for them. You could dicker with Hillbank or you can shop around. I believe that there are others out there for sale for less money. I believe that there is still a nice one available in Western New York for a lot less money. |

I've seen many of these Hillbank SPF GT40s for sale for much, much less on other sites but didn't sell and then show up at Hillbank at $164K and then seem to sell a few months later. Check out GT40s.com and also Cobracountry for other GT40s for sale. Superformance GT40 MK II P2171 - GT40s.com

40's are not cheap rides.
As cars get more authentic the price usually goes north. SPF, ERA, CAV are all X00,000 + figures if done right. |
