A nice surprise...

...when I cruised to Captree last Sunday, and saw this beautifully-restored road car which I believe is GT40P1058. I was a little embarassed to park my CAV next to it but it wasn't too shabby. Just oggling the details, it was obvious that Ford did not skimp when they produced the car, and the craftsmen in Slough, UK were true artisans. And of course, it looked like the current owner did an open checkbook resto...
