HTM Street Roadster Header and Exhaust Replacement On my street roadster, I damaged my passenger long-tube header to the point of requiring replacement on the 428FE (trailer unload mishap). Unable to find a replacement header, I am going the Acton Customs route with an entire new exhaust (head flanges to tailpipe tips) on both sides https://www.actoncustom.com/products...tem?rq=exhaust , which will be a better looking replacement for the fabricated header back exhaust. My questions are as follows: 1. Passenger side extraction of the header through the top or bottom 2. Driver side top or bottom extraction 3. If through the top, will it be best to remove the valve covers to manipulate the pipes for removal. 4. Same questions on the installation of the replacement (driver side comes in two pieces from Action Customs). http://www.clubcobra.com/photopost/d...umbs/r_3_4.jpg Thanks in advance for your insights! |
