Holley Blueprinting!

Holley carbs have always been my choice in fuel delivery, and over the years have set my shop up to work on them. This time stepping out of the mold and having Dan Davinci build me a dbl pmp work of art for my 468 big block. He convinced me to step it up a notch given my engines vital statistics, from 850 cfm to 1000 cfm.He certainly has the credentials to back up his work.

Finally was able to get the car out yesterday and try out the Davinci 1000cfm dbl pmp Holley. It fired up immediatley, once warmed up and idle speed set first thing I noticed was the rich idle was gone.Out on the highway amazed me how hard it pulls absolutely no hesitation, instant throttle response.Could not be happier, and will be giving him a call to do a carb for the Chevelle.

a good carb is worth a lot of money, seems a lot of times it's a crap shoot what a guy is going to end up with. i have a carb i won't let go of and 2 or 3 i'd like to sell.

Consider yourself lucky, I know a few people that have some Davinci paperweights...
