Do you need a cross member too or is that part of the chasis?

Look on Ebay. Plenty of reputable shops are willing to give them away. Here Brothers is selling cheaper than they do on their website:

I had an excellent experience with Keisler Auto. I bought a TKO 600 from them set up with a short throw shifter and mid-shift kit. I would buy from them again anytime. http://www.keislerauto.com/

I got mine from Dark Horse for I believe $1650 with the driveshaft yoke included.
