Hurricane in WV (no not the town)
After talking with Jay from here on the board, as well as Mike from Hurricane Motorsports I would really like to see a Hurricane up close. My current job and new business will not allow me to travel at this time to the factory, and not that I mind waiting till the London Oh show (only 3.5 hours away, during the show that is). I would like to know if there is any Hurricane owners anywhere close to WV?
If so I would enjoy seeing your project or finished Cobra. Thanks in advance, |

I know there are a couple in NC and one in VA. I'm not sure how far away that would be for you but Mike at Hurricane might be able to put you in touch with them. ( If they don't respond here that is) You're welcome to come by and look at my project if you get to Tucson, AZ. Also, in case you haven't seen it yet, you can follow Ryans build on his site. Thanks Larry, I already talked to Mike about any builds close to me, but the closest is in VA near the DC area... about 5 or so hours away. And nothing against it I hate the DC area.
I am also watching Ryans build site. Thanks for replying though. Hopefully if any company travel comes up I will get the chance to visit someones build soon. Either way I plan to visit London to look them over in June (since it will be my birthday that weekend. |

I haven't been hear in a while and just saw your post. I'm in Clayton, NC (near Raleigh) so I'm not real close to you. I'd guess about 6 to 6.5 hours away. But, if you wanted to make the trip or are ever down this way your more than welcome to come on by and check my car out. Its not quite finished yet, but hopefully, it won't be too much longer. Mike |
Mike, thanks for the invite... I work in the telecommunications field, so you never know where I might be at, so I will keep this in mind.
I was in DC this week, but have been down with the flu, so even if I had been near a Cobra I would not have wanted to make anyone sick. |

Dwight, that look good as well... My plan is to paint mine (please don't take this the wrong way) Iris (a medium purple) with silver strips. I remember in the mid 90's Ford had the flareside F150 in Iris, and I just loved that color.
