problem w/tach & pertronics
 
tach isn't reading with pertronics 2 ....it's way off.tried a resister but didn't help....any sugestions

I had the same problem last week. I do have a different system than you, but my fix was easy......once I figured out what in the heck was going on. The tach would go up to 2k and slow way down. Turned out the tach wire was to close to the plugwires.

Did your tach work before? If so, What's the history?
