ICE loses one of it's founding fathers.

One of the individuals that conceived the original ICE group was Gary Osborne who resided in Carmel, Indiana. Gary was instrumental in organizing the group and several of the spontaneous cruises throughout the area. Last month Gary accepted a promotion to become Vice President of National Sales for the world's largest owner of funeral homes and cemeteries in the world which required a relocation to sunny Spring, Texas. Those that were acquainted with Gary will miss the Uncle Fester presence and automotive expertise that he shared with each of the members. I'm confident he'll be well received by the Texas Cobra Club but he knows that he's really still a Hoosier at heart.
We wish him all the best and promise to dedicate a Chicken Run to Wagners to him this summer.
;)

YOU INCONSIDERATE GASHOLE!

I read the damn topic and thought (God forbid) something happened to Gary! :(

...nice wording.

Remind me to start a thread with a topic of "Dan Semko passes on..." the next time you turn down a car deal.

Nevermind.

All the best of success to Gary in his new venture.

That's why Dano said "looses" rather than "loses." They cut the guy loose and sent him to Texas! ;)

Wouldn't Icehole be more appropriate?;)

The ICEholes....nice touch. The typo was intentional but as Ron stated "Gasholian".;)

Pronounciation is too close for comfort, and may be skirting possible infringement on trademaks etc.
We have our lawyers looking into it.

Sorry to hear that about Gary. He wasn't that old was he?
I'll miss him.

Spring is not that far from Kountze. Maybe Gary can help me piss some of the locals off!

PatBuckley 03-22-2004 08:37 PM

Did Gary die?

That's terrible! He didn't look sick.....:(

427Aggie 03-22-2004 10:00 PM

Do we have a choice in Texas? You know we are a very picky group...what qualifications does he bring to the table.

Gary you must learn the outsider motto:

I wasn't born in Texas but I got here as fast as I could :)

Turk,
He hid his age well and needed to take his big block to Texas where everything is bigger....look at how "petite" David is! Rumor has it that Gary mentioned something about knowing Turk and the moving vans appeared the next day. There's still a wanted poster at Miami University with Turk's picture.;)
