spindles?
 
I purchased a SMC kit that uses the same design,as the JBL and was wondering what spindles it uses and if you have any spare partsie. control arms[mine are cast]I do plan on do alot of racing with this car and has been built for that purpose.So I know I will be doing so ag racing to find the limits of the car.Stan

I did a design for SMC in the early nineties. They only built one car. This car was a injected 302 with dry sump. It is quite different than the current JBL. Anything built after that one car is not at all compatible with my old SMC design or the JBL.

Unfortunately, JBL has no original spares that would fit that car.

However, if the car is the original car built by SMC, The front and rear inboard suspension pickup points are the same as the current car. But the outboard pickup points are quite different. Therefore, you could upgrade to the new pieces, IE: Front upper rocker, lower A-arm and upright. This will apply to the rear components as well.

Please note that the wheel bolt circles are different as well.
