Basically yes. There are different levels but typically sold as unpainted rollers.

The only stupid Kirkham question is to ask Steve Kirkham, "What is a Mata Leon?" and then allow him to demonstrate it on you. Don't ask me how I know this, but just believe it is a bad idea.
