Kirkham's ID number location
I forgot to ask David this until today. Just in case I can't reach him does anyone know? I have to go to the State police in the am to get the car inspected. They asked if where the Kirkham’s ID number is stamped on the frame and if any other places on the car

One spot is in the engine compartment on the drivers` side cross member about where the horn mounts. That is the one the CHP used for my id

Well I passed the state inspection process. I know have a valid VIN number. I will try going to the registryon fri. I called my insurance comp and gave them the VIN and had them overnight the RMV-1 which I need to register the car

thats great news
good news...maybe they are softening their stance...one step at a time ...my understanding is there will be a bill passed in october people are pretty positive on it
