Pat,
Have you applied your NEW Kirkham emblems, badges and inserts to your car yet?

Bud, if you missed it, there's been a Hi-Tech replica of 3002 for sale, both on CC and on Cobra Country, IIRC, for a while. The guy selling it is a TCC member and I believe the car will be at the annual meet in Austin next month. He's asking a little over $100K for it...

Appreciate the lead, Snakeyes.
I actually visited Hi Tech in Tempe when it was being constructed in the mid '90's and it is a STUNNING car!
For me, however, the journey is much more fun than the destination....I'll build another one, and it will definitely be a Kirkham.

I can certainly understand the sentiment, Bud. Will we be seeing 142 in Austin next month? I'd love to check out the fruit of your (and the Kirkham's) labors.
I've heard a lot of good things about the 3002 replica and just missed seeing it at Elkhart Lake a couple of years back. I hope Tim brings it to Austin, as well.

Snakeeyes:
Not sure if I'm making Austin because I had intended to trailer it down and I lost my trailer....Looking to rent one so we'll see what happens.
When you do see the Hi Tech 3002, you are in for a treat.
Bud
