MSD ignition installation...Quick question.

I have it all installed except I'm curious where you guys send the red wire that is to go to the ignition (is there a wire you connect to from the key switch, or does it go someplace else)???

Also, the main positive and negative (directions say to battery), is a Kirkham already wired for this and I just need to connect, or???

Thanks for any help.

Brent: Connect the heavy Red wire to the positive side of the starter solenoid, the black wire to a solid ground on the engine or chassis. The small red wire normally goes to to pole on the ignition switch that becomes hot when the key is in the start & run position (use a volt meter). It must be hot in both positions but no voltage when key in off position.

Thanks Rick. Sounds easy enough. :)
