Jag Diffs.
There is an out fit on one of Cobra Links in Torrance California that specializes in Jag rear ends. I'm sorryI can't give you the info right now, but you might try Mike McClusky, he will probably know where they are.

John,
Post a build up for us! We want pictures and comments! David :):):) |
Oh man, between snow and taking parents to Dr. appointments, and work ( almost forgot work) I haven't even looked in my boxes yet. Well I looked a little bit, hopefully this weekend I can see what you sent me. I had four people show up when the car was delivered. two of them are body and fender guys who just marveled over all the pick and hammer work, the welding, etc. Yup they all went home with black hands. Of course they were amazed, which if you've seen one of these cars the K brothers CRAFT, just goes without saying; but I said it anyway.
First I have to clean the drool off the body and my right front billet aluminum suspension parts. I know, I'll tell my friends it only comes off with sandpaper, and because they were the droolers they need to help sand it off! |

Calling David K.
Hey David I've got a question for you, when I talked to your mom she sent me a fax saying I can use the diff. from an XJ12. My son-in-law has located a couple in SLC but they want to know what year I need. Can you be more specific?
|
John,
I am not 100% sure as I have left that to my brother, Thomas. I will get him to chime in here. The differential, I believe, can come out of a Jaguar until the 90's or so. I will get Thomas to confirm. Are you going to be able to come to the Summit? David :):):) |
Summit
I think I can come to the Summit, I'm going to try to talk my son-in-law into tagging along with me. He found 2 diffs. I think, I believe one from an 89 and one from a 90. I started sanding the file marks out yesterday, the first day I've even been able to look at my car since it got here. I thought I might shoot a lite guide coat of black primer on a spot and see if I can gets pictures of my progress.
