Side rear view mirrors?

Have any of you installed a side rear view mirror on your Kirkhams? Is it worth it, or does it just end up being cosmetic? Which mirror did you install and where? (fender or windshield) Does the windshield mounted mirror get in the way of the wind wings?

Rob ~ congrats on the new purchase......sounds like an awesome motor!!!

I put my side mirror on and then took it off. At the time I was not sure if I liked the look plus the fact that my rearview Raydot is the brushed aluminum finish and the side mirror that came with the car is chrome and did not match. After seeing the bracket of Jamo's in this thread

I plan on buying that bracket and reinstall the side mirror.

I also plan on buying the brushed aluminum convex mirror.

Thanks Brian! Those look nice. Do you know how that gets mounted to the windshield frame?
