Last I heard the Reno/Fernly raceway was out of business and closed. Even if it is open the last time I ran on it it had a lot of bad bumpy areas and unless there have been repairs I wouldn't want to do it again.
Best of luck though. I've missed the Cobra Bash. It was lots of fun.

the track is under new ownership and is being repaved. it will be ready and smooth for our event

That's good news. That track has a lot of potential. Maybe the new owners will make some improvements in the facilities as well.

Anybody know anything about the group that's putting this on??? There's a couple of things that don't look quite right. For one, the latest I had heard about the track (last week) was that there is a group looking to take it over - but the land is still on the market and there's no website for the track. There's no schedule to book.
Hmmmm.:confused:

I haven't looked in the last couple of days but it was up for sale for something like 38 mil.
And have no idea who is putting this on. place you bets and take your chances.
I'll be on the Utah Cobra Club Annual cruise. That's a sure bet!

Well last year it rained the previous night big drops, swore I'd never come back. dried up in the morning I had a blast, what a great track!!!
