As you can see below, the statute is pretty clear. The problem is not with the bill but with DMV. Section 1. Chapter 482 of NRS is hereby amended by adding thereto a new section to read as follows: 1. The Department may not issue a certificate of registration for more than 100 replica vehicles each year. The fact that the vehicle is to be registered as a replica vehicle must be stated in the application for registration. |
rno, I was well aware of the law and its wording, as well as the bulletin issued by the legislature; it was all very clear, but the application (by DMV) was my concern...I'm convinced the DMV will try to get this worked into only 100 per year. I hope not.
