just got back from LCS 2015

just got back from the 2015 London Cobra Show

We had a kick axx time

it rain at night but not on us during the Vintage Races at Mid Ohio on Friday.

cool and windy Saturday at the Strawberry Festival. But no rain.
They got in 120 rides.
Weather kept a lot of people away.
I had a great time.

We had about 120 cars there. At least one original Cobra CSX2060

I saw GT40 1051 at the track

several Coupes, Ford GT and GT 40 attended this year

yep, a little of everything and a lot of great people

We gave a $111,000 to Cystic Fibrous because they sold all of the raffle tickets this year. First time for that. 10,000 tickets

Big Thanks to the Ohio Cobra Club for all the work they do!!!!!!

Super job again this year, OCC! Thanks for the good time and for the continued support of CF research. The weather was only a minor inconvenience in light of the good times shared by all. I'm ready to get started on that second million.

I drove Mike Hodge's B&B to 2015 London Cobra show. He has a B&B hardtop, Keith Craft 408 with Quickfuel carb. TKO 3550, 26" tires and 8.8 with 3.55 gears.
Cruise at 2000 rpm for 500 miles. 91 and 93 oct ethanol crap.

It got 17.23 mpg. I used my GPS to check the mileage. His odometer is off 8% but only one to three miles per hours on the speedo.

We were all surprised. Normally he gets 14 mpg.

Great show for a great cause. Considered going but decided to pass due to the weather this year. How many miles was the round trip and what overdrive ratio is the B&B car that you drove to the show running. Is it .68 or .82? I own a B&B car and although they are not as common as some of the other manufacturers the B&B product is a really solid, great driving car. I would not hesitate to get in mine and drive it any distance. I not a big fan of the hardtop look but I'm sure that it was nice to have considering the weather.

.68 overdrive. 2000 rpm at 70 mph

over 1100 miles round trip

Great car. Takes the ruffle Ohio roads with easy.
