I, we... the city of London, want to thank all of you that have so far supported all of us. If you want to chip in for the gift to London, you have only less then 48 hours to do so under the dollar match deal.

Even afterwards, I think the hat will still be open. Like Godzilla said, this bike is paid for and one way or another London gets the gift.

Our hope was that you wanted London to get the gift... to be thanked for all that they have done for ALL of us for six years this June. This idea was not ours. Just like Mid-Ohio, not our idea. But rather it was ideas that we where given, and with great enthusiasm from the folks here, in London, and in private, and from this forum... this community.

The London Cobra Show is, and will continue to be, what you want. Everything we have tried to do this year is based completely on what we where told you wanted. Next year will be no different. If you don't support the event, be it raffle car, gifts to London, Mid-Ohio, CF or even where we cruise to.... then we will not have it.

First and foremost, LCS is about US. At the risk of sounding selfious, I beleive that it is all about my friends that I see once a year, about sharing the bond, about having a place where we can all come together and enjoy each other that makes this a event great.

I can imagine no time in the future where the event will not exist. BUT, understand, that YOU are our driving force, that you set the tone for every year. If it becomes apparent that we are doing to much in to many different directions this year, trust me, next year will change.

Sure we have basic guidelines, that will not change. London will have us for so long as she will. This will never be a competitive event. It will always be mainly for Cobras, 40's and Coupes. It will always be about comunity and fun. And, so long as you want it, I beleive it will be there.

This is YOUR event, be involved in all ways and be proud of what YOU have accomplished.

And Brent, for my sake, how about a spell check option!;) :LOL: :LOL:
