to the right of the end of the strip was that the of those do-hickys that tell you your mph?????
what kind of mph did the cars get up to?????

I think someone got to 104 or 106 mph.

Most folks were in the 90's.

Cheers!
Dave

Craig A. hit 107MPH and I think that was the best speed. Keith Craft came close and might have matched that speed.

The run area was just a bit over 1/8th of a mile.

Now that is an awesome video!

These videos are incredible. I was fortunate enough to ride with Snakee out of Michigan (first video posted by Hydramada). 460 powered SPF. We hit 98 mph before jumping hard on the brakes. It was my first ride and I got bit really bad. I can't wait for June of '07. Thanks to everyone. My wife and kids loved it almost as much as I did ( they chickened out on the ride).

I found out that a lot of people can't drive their own cars...

On that second video....I can't see how the guy in the Coupe didn't realize that he was up on the rev limiter nearly the whole time. Either his clutch was slipping or he didn't know that he had to let it out all the way.

I don't what was better, listening to the tires squeal or listening to the motors run. "AWESOME"
