LCS 07 movies from Main St.
 

Hi all, the family and I had a great time at LCS and are finally back home. OCC you guys put on a great event! From the Cobras rumbling right past my B&B on Main, to the Saturday night festivities, to all the great new people we met, it was one great time. Heck, just in Alexandra's B&B I met 2 new friends; one a recently retired Lockheed engineer and the other an Academy Award winning director who drove his Cobra down from Quebec for the show. Talk about being a for real Cobra guy! Then there's Dave (ROUSCHAC) from here on CC who was nice enough to clue me in to what was going on (for instance, most of the London Cobra Show isn't in London at all. Who knew?:D ) and he was nice enough to let me try on his Cobra for size. He's a class act. Thanks Dave.

As I get the pics sized and fixed I'll be putting them in my pictures here on CC. In the mean time I shot some video from in front of the B&B where most cars seemed to be hitting second gear and I'll try to post a few here. For the owners of these cars I apologize for the quality on youtube the originals look much better and if you drop me a line referencing which car is yours I'll be glad to send you the original.

P.S. If any of the owners would care to chime in with the combo that they are running in the videos I would really like that! You know, what make car, what engine set-up, driveline etc.

Mine is the red car in the first video. Easy to spot because it has red center caps on the wheels.

FFR, 427 Dart, Momar 8 stack EFI, TKO, IRS.

That was a lot of fun. I drove with a LOL. I said, "I bet this isn't your first ride in a hot rod". She gave me a side look and a distinct, "No". I must have made 15 runs (only got yelled at 2-3 times). What is "excessive wheel spin" anyway? ;)
