Too damp out to think about it, eh?
Maybe I'll just ride out to Riverhead, check out SpeedworldFX's new store, pick up some Amsoil Severe Gear and drain/change my diff fluid. Might as well change the Tremec tranny oil with Pennzoil Synchromesh (same exact stuff as GM Synchromesh). Just hit 6000 miles...why not?

Yeah, it's up on the lift with a fresh oil change of 0W40 Lubro-moly already but gotta take advantage of the sun and warmth; and can't do that cooped up in the GT40 cockpit, hehe. The small block really runs much better with this stuff, I'm surprised it made such a difference. I was thinking of changing the fluids on the transaxle too, but I'm still researching what oil is best for the Getrag 5 speed. I'm hearing Redline MTF or something... |

Hehe, not much of that left. I'm more wary of all the water and dirt being pumped out by all the locals with wet basements onto the street. Amazing! I know somebody who'se been pumping continuously for 4 days. The ground must really be saturated. |

Changed the fluids, the Tremec shifts so m=nice and definite, the rear end is so quiet now. Rounded up 8 other Cobra drivers and headed east...what a gorgeous day!
