Ready to cruise this spring..
Hi Guys, AS of today, I finally got rid of all the bugs out of my cobra. After the car sat idle for close to 6 years from 1st owner its good to go now! from ethanol eating the aluminum in the carb. to Car burning oil due to a bad value guide.And a couple of odds and ends to. Just put a fresh coat of wax on today. all good now see you Guys in the spring.

Glad to see someone actually finished their winter project before Memorial Day. :) Still working on mine but I must have it ship shape by March 28, for the Austin & College Station cruise and track day.

The way the weather is you may have Winter then. So far we have had the driest Winter on record here and are still at the top fire alert. It gets down into the mid to low 30s at night and into the mid 70s to low 80s during the day and a lot of wind. Water is becoming a big issue here and they are already talking about rationing it and we are in the middle of what should be our rainy season. Ron :confused: |
