Default Long Island Cobra Club: THANK YOU

I wanted to formally take a moment and THANK YOU guys for the courtesy of allowing me to join your group at Lebanon Valley Speedway last week. I know I'm from Joisey but noone seemed to hold it against me. We had a great time and the opportunity to run without someone kicking me out after the first pass was a welcome change. I really did appreciate the time spent with you guys.

Having said that: I'm hauling my wheel barrel to Quebec this weekend to run it at Turn Ten's event at http://www.sanairracing.com . You got to put the curser on the track and look at this aerial layout. This is one serious race track and open to any Cobra's for the day with no restrictions in case any of you fools want to make the trip with me. I JUST CAN'T STAND to let Andrew get away with running that high winding, screaming, haul assing Winston Cup Windsor into the 10's without some company. It's going to be my final shot at it this year.

On that note; Good Cars = Good Times = Great Friends! THANKS.

Bernie

Hey Bernie,

Just curious about any hassles (if any) driving or trailering the Cobra across the border. Particularly coming BACK into the USA. I may be just a little paranoid with all the hassles that NYDMV seems to be giving replicars lately. I'm planning a road trip to Toronto with the Cobra Labor Day weekend so if you could post or email me with your experience, that would be great.

Have fun!

Bernie, was a pleasure to meet you. Glad you enjoyed yourself. Was a thrill for us too . Watching a West Coast Cobra rip 11's all day was a blast. Don't feel bad about Andrew we all have been chasing his timeslips for years now.
Man if we were giving long haul awards you would be the front runner for sure. What is the mileage to Canada for you? As long as your ownership papers and insurance cards are current there will not be a problem at the border. I don't think DMV is out to get us they just want to be paid there money.

Good luck and let us know how you did?
