I'm "official" fellas
Had to wait until the server came back to life in order to post the news. Picked up a Daytona Coupe this past weekend. Looks like i'll be in the garage for quite awhile. I'll have to put down the wrench and visit with you guys from time to time just to keep me sane. Pics are in my gallery. I'll add more once i figure out this new camera.

Joe,
Congratulations! Can't wait to see progress pics. By the way, that diecast collection of yours is unbelievable. Cheers! Dave |
Congrats Joe!! Good luck! I can't wait to view your build pics and of course, get a ride in your machine when she is finally done.

Wow
Congratulations! Looks nice. I also like your diecast collection. Have you decided on or gotten the motor yet? Keep us posted...:)
|
Good move on the Daytona, that would be my next choice. Have you decided on what color to paint it next week? I am sure you can get everything put together in a week! :) :)
Have fun with your build and be sure and take plenty of pictures. A picture a lot of people forget to take is one of their dash from the back after all the wiring is done. Clois |
How about some pics to show us what you have?
:D |
Joe
Good luck, looks great. Now you gotta change your handle to Daytona Joe, unless you have a FIA stored someplace, maybe behind what looks to be a 66 Fairlane. Think you're going to need a bigger garage. The die cast collection is amazing, you are "Car Crazy" for sure. Stay in touch with us at Nic's, see you soon. Joe |
Thanks for the kind words fellas. As of now (my mind changes like the wind) i plan on a 347 stroker. As for color, i'm leaning towards guardsman blue over the viking blue. And yes, thats a '66 Fairlane you see peeking into the pic. Car just sold to a guy in Conneticut who'll be picking it up on the 28th. Now i have more room to work on the coupe. I'll be posting some more pics in my gallery soon.
