7 dead a lot more wounded. I was stationed there, so it hits home for me. Keep the soldiers in your prayers. It will be interesting to see if this is linked to a terrorist group.

They are reporting that M-16's / M-4's were used in the attack. One shooter still possibly at large.

Hood is home to one of the major combat stress programs. I don't know which would be worse in this case, terrorists in uniforms or soldiers with blown gaskets.

They just reported on the radio that one of the shooters is Major Malik Nadal Hassan (sp). Muslim name, mmmmm:confused:

With multiple shooters in a coordinated attack, I would lean towards some kind of terrorist act (even more so now that they are reporting one with a muslim name). Since they are reporting at least one shooter as a member of the military, it is even more concerning to me.

They are reporting all three shooters are soldiers. Terrible...:(

Just reported that he was a recent convert to islam.

It is also being reported he may be Jordanian and attended some school in Syria.

Another misunderstood peaceful Muslim that was shouting allah is great while shooting US Soldiers.

I hope they turn him over to Texas for Trial and then execution.Otherwise he will get 3 and a cot for the rest of his life.

This guy should not have been in the military. He had made past threats against American forces. He sided with the enemy in the middle east, and condoned them killing American troops. They are reporting this morning that he has a brother living in "occupied Israel". The warning signs were there. I hope this guy is executed in the end.:mad:

I saw their spokesman on Fox this morning, and he was spouting BS about how this had nothing to do with religion. The shooters yells "allah akbar" but it has nothing to do with religion. CAIR is an anti American front group for muslims that hate America. They are just like the ACLU, filing lawsuits against people that don't agree with them. Screw CAIR and the rest of the left wing groups that will come out in the next few weeks and try to say this has nothing to do with islam.:mad:

Well, I have come to the conclusion that the Army must do the following: Every Army soldier who proclaims the Muslim faith should be asked if they have a problem fighting in a war against people who happen to be Muslim. If they say yes, then they should be thrown in the brig and be dishcharged without honor (or even with dishonor).

Our soldiers cannot be asked to put their lives in harms way with other soldiers who are not 100% loyal to their country first. That is just plain stupid.
