If you read the article, it turns out that regardless of the fact that Owens was sworn in, if the votes come out in the other guy's favor, Owens is out. Which then means the vote count on Health Care is open to change. Yes, it will not change the overall result. But margins may have just got thinner.

Then, there is the question of why 4 precincts turned in ZERO votes!

Yup, the leaves are falling and fraud is in the air.

I would love to see Pelosi's reaction if Owens is out (although I doubt it will happen). She played this win up as the biggest win the Dems have ever had.

New York must be taking lessons from Florida on how to count votes. But it would be funny if the final count did reverse the outcome. Boy, would that create a mess in Washington.
