I gave up on the short sale, which was supposed to close in December and then was extended into February! Heck with that.
I just made an offer on another place which was accepted. Hopefully will be able to take possession soon. |
Sounds good. Hope you get the place soon. I could not imagine staying in a hotel for a long period of time.
