Watch Beck. He has been talking about this for a while now.
|
Beck you say? While they may be some truth here in the article, I'll pass on watching Beck. The guys an idiot, out for ratings, period. He's right up there with the Enquirer for a news source. Surprisingly, even the Enquirer gets a good solid scoop once in awhile. Unlike Beck. :)

:D
Ernie, Surprisingly, even the Enquirer gets a good solid scoop once in awhile. Funny that you should mention that since they just had his picture on the back of one that I saw at the store some time back and some article about him being alien. Since I never read it I don't know if they said he just wasn't an American citizen of if he was from some other planet. Ron  |
The libs are afraid of Beck because he speaks the truth. He has been responsible for advisors to Obama leaving their positions. Just like the rest of Fox new though, the libs can't stand anyone getting in the way of their socialist dreams for the country.

Beck? Truth? :) :) :)
Spit my coffee out on that one! |

Interesting article, and I'm sure there is truth to at least some of it. But, I believe it gives too much credit. I don't think any of the politicians are capable of designing, implementing, and following through with any complex plan/stretegy. I believe the financial crisis was the result of incompetency, knee jerk reactions and decisions made by politicians who really don;t understand anything, about anything, other than how to BS people so they can be re-elected. In industry, you hire people based on their experience and education for a specific job, because you need something to be done correctly. In government, especially with the people at the top , this is not the rule, and I believe this is the main flaw of our governement. There are many people in top positions who really don't understand the problems, implement solutions based on their own idealism that only make the problems worse, and also sell out to the highest bidder. |
The topic of welfare is very interesting. I think that people that really deserve welfare should be entitled to a decent amount on which to live. I said people that deserve welfare, that would be someone that has had a serious accident and can no longer work or someone that has a legitimate medical condition that makes it impossible for them to earn a living. Lazyness is not a legitimate reason in my books.
Unfortunately, far too many lazy people have found ways to get on welfare, and once on, there seems to be no way to get them off. Since the 60's, second and now third generations are on welfare. Kids grow up in a welfare environment and the minute they attain the necessary age limit, they apply and begin to receive their own welfare benefits. It is now virtually acceptable for lazy people to be on welfare for life. The rules have to be changed or this will just continue to grow until it bursts at the seams. Wayne |

Last time I checked the last two Communist lovers that were employed by your President were dismissed because of Beck! If the info that Beck broadcast to the American public was a made up Fantasy you would think In that case the Pittbull sumbag lawyer employed by your President would have Beck in court by now? I think it's amusing that Beck has a RED phone on his desk with a direct line to the Whitehouse that was never used when he's spewing all these lies and distortions? I think Beck has a little more creditability than you do... |

Unions, once served a noble purpose and rectified some horrific conditions in our labor force but their time has passed. Union leaders, much like our Washington "representatives," continue to convince the sheep that follow them they have their best interest in mind. Remove their perks and benefits and let both groups live under the same rules they pass down to their constituents and see how altruistic they continue to be.
