We're having the exact same problem here in Belgium...
Anyone seen the news from Switzerland? They had a public referendum to see what the nation's view was on allowing more Minarets to be built... Outcome: the people said NO... As the presenter stated: Learn the language, make sure you fit in, or get the heck out... That's the way it should be. And sure, a lot of them do just that... Work hard, make the effort, and they're good people... It's just the minority of them that abuse the system, be it by abusing social security (won't go into the details how it is over here, but you'd call us insane) or by having extremist views... And that minority ruins it for everybody... |
