Ok, what I was referring to actually happened and they dumped them over a big holiday crowd of shoppers.

You knew exactly what I was getting at, no need to twist my words or change the subject.

Blykins, what exactly ARE you getting at? Accusations of lieing? Al Gore is behind the polar bear drop?

As for lieing, no one party has a lock on that. The Republicans had 8 years to perfect it, continue to do it, they simply cannot be trusted. Perhaps the same case could be made for the Democrats, but they pale in comparison to the Bush era lies and cover up's.

As for Al Gore being behind the Polar Bear drop, puhlease, most members (radical conservatives being the exception) of this forum aren't that gullible. :)

blykins 12-09-2009 10:31 AM

I wasn't even referring to anything about the polar bear drop. However, my statement was in response to what you said about the conservatives having the LYING locked in.

Your whole party represents nothing but a string of lies, with global warming being one prime example. And yes, anytime you mention global warming, whose name immediately comes to the tip of your tongue?

It really humors me that the only thing that the libs can come back at the conservatives with is something about George Bush.

Let me clue you in on something....GEORGE BUSH ISN'T PRESIDENT ANYMORE.

If we're going to complain about past presidents, how about we pick on Carter....or Nixon....or ???? as well.

What were all the lies that you were referring to with Bush? The reason to go to war?

So if the Dem side is so against Bush for going to war, then why isn't Obama pulling them out? I seem to remember that was the first thing on Obama's Nobel Prize winning plan. The troops are still there.

The whole Obama administration is a laughing joke and even the liberals have to admit it.

I suppose Obama's solution to a terrorist attack would have been to just let them all come in and then brazenly put any American in prison who spoke evil of them....then go to the Middle East and apologize to all the leaders.

I get so sick and tired of all of this political correctness crap. That's what is wrong with this country today and the liberals are taking the football and running as hard as they can with it.

That, my friend, is not a lie.

BTW, you do understand the polar bear drop was a computer generated commerical, right?

The stink and pile of crap he left for the country to deal with is relevant and timely right now.

It would have been far more entertaining if they dropped legislators from the sky.

blykins 12-09-2009 11:04 AM

Ernie, I wouldn't expect any other excuse from a liberal. That's the only thing that they can come up with to justify the pathetically poor job that Obama is doing with EVERYTHING.

Someone of his ability, demeanor, intelligence, and lack of respect for the country would have screwed it up no matter who was in office before him.

He is ruining the country one day at a time.

Please explain to me how anyone of his character and lack of intelligence can deserve a Nobel Peace Prize within 12 days of his being elected.

Ernie,

Have you ever thought about running for public office?

Excaliber 12-09-2009 02:37 PM

Does the job come with a parachute?

I shudder to think how McC and Palin would be doing about now had they been elected.

blykins 12-09-2009 03:54 PM

1. They would have not received a Nobel Prize for doing squat.

2. They would have not taken a world trip apologizing for the actions of the US and bowing down to foreign leaders.

3. There would not be bitter Americans because of stupid health care policies that are trying to be passed.

4. There would not be lawsuits involving them and their nationalities.

5. There would not be PC excuses for Muslims that go to military bases and kill US soldiers.

6. There would not be extravagant spending, nor flying of Air Force One over New York City, just for a photo op.

7. The FBI wouldn't have to pass all the counterfeit cases over to the Dept of Treasury because the threats on their lives increased by 400%.

8. There wouldn't have been cash for clunker snafus.

I could keep going on if you wish.

I'm begging you to tell me what good Obama has done since he's been in office. He is a disgrace.....he and his whole cabinet. The poorest excuse for a president yet.

No, but we can hunt up a big rock.

Excaliber 12-09-2009 04:42 PM

Frankly, I think it's to early to tell how the current situations are going to play out. The Noble Prize, as weird as that whole issue is, was given based on the PREMISE that Obama would make the right call(s). The jury is still out...

IF McC/Palin were in office you can bet on one thing, there would be an equal or greater amount of "hand wringing" over the very tough decisions they also would have to deal with.

BeanCounter 12-09-2009 05:13 PM

I think 6 out of 12 jurors think he's screwed the pooch.

Excaliber 12-09-2009 05:15 PM

Based on current polls, more like 7 out of 12. But 5 of those are "reactionaries". :)

You watch the worst, most incompetent, most ill prepared, least truthful, amoral, complete azzhole of a president f*ck up everything about the USofA and you wonder if someone could have been worse? No, this is rock bottom, Carter was better[didn't think that possible] Gore would have been better and he is scary. obummer is without a clue. He is a school teacher of tiny ability and he has no classroom.

Excaliber 12-09-2009 07:52 PM

You must be referring to Bush in your opening sentence? :)

Mark Husar 12-09-2009 09:41 PM

392,

Best d*mn cartoon I have seen in a long time. Huge belly laugh and I will pass it on to all I know.

blykins 12-10-2009 02:54 AM

Yes, there's no logic in what Ernie said.

He's basing his whole statement on what he *thinks* *could* happen, his disagreement with the other party, and stubbornness.

We're basing our statements on what HAS happened.

And once again, he uses the only "excuse" that liberals know how to use....a statement about Bush.
