Obama Exhausted

A big first year of travel and sightseeing has left Obama exhausted.

Yea I read that this morning.

I thought that was an interesting comment about Bush, who insisted on getting 8 hours sleep at night.

I can dig it, I've always been like that myself. While others seem to get by on 5 or 6 I gotta have my eight. When I was working full time, 50-60 hour weeks were common, very tough to get that 8 hours. Sometimes I would just have to be rude to my co-workers and say, "Gotta go, see ya."

Another interesting comment by Obama. At night the thought's war and political decisions weigh heavy on him. That I would expect, but he added the weight of "history" as well. I'm still contemplating what that means but I think it is a profound insight to what a POTUS has to deal with.

Ernie,

There is no doubt that being president really weighs on any person. Especially when they do all the work Obama has crammed into his first year in office. :D
