When people are hungry, thirsty, and desperate that is what you have to expect. And they had very little before this happened so it is going to be worse now.

The prisoners that escaped from the central prison last week have gone to the justice building and set the records office on fire so that all of their criminal records have been destroyed. They have armed themselves, returned to their "hood", and they are freely roaming around stealing, looting, doing whatever.

Well at least they aren't dumb. Here we have to release them because it is to crowded and they can't have a big cell and TV to themselves. What is bad about this is that they are releasing, at least up here some of the rapists and keeping the perry thieves in jail. They have just finished closing down the whole first floor of the county jail and releasing all of those people. Now they are looking for one of them that was in on armed robbery charges for using a gun and robbing a liquor store. He is most likely on his way out of the state by now.
