Ron , don`t know if it`s true or not , but I heard yesterday that his campaign fund had over $10M in it which he gets to keep , or has access to after he leaves ???
As far as the partisanship bit .... the Dems are in control and should be able to pass anything they want . Looks like the problem is with them .
However , as to why he is really retiring ... an old saying is to always follow the money . He`s a politician .... I don`t believe a word he said .... it will be interesting to see what comes out in the future . %/
