Lake Havasu City, AZ is a tourist town due to boating activity along with a high percentage of retired folks living out their years. Most of the homes built here have a minimum of a 4 car , 50' deep garages with tall doors. Boats, RV's and hot rods are plentiful in these parts so many build hugh custom barns for their stuff. My neighbor has 50x100 garage that cost him $300'000., needless to say he spends most of his time in his man cave. Not me , mine is only 40'x40' and full of junk except for my cobra. Bill |
You can buy that garage attached to a nice house these days in LHC for 300K...:eek:
