It looks as if Texas is leading California in this one. But we have one up here that has been know for years and should have been mentioned at least.

Thanks form posting that link. I used to have it in my Favorites but had to change hard drives and lost it and several others some way. And I see it has the one that I said I was surprised wasn't on there listed. That place has been really bad every since I can remember. It didn't used to be unusual to see 6 or 7 CHP cars with a dozen or so cars lined up beside the freeway getting tickets.
