Dumb Warning Labels

I have to call Bull Chit on this one.

I agree with you about the reason for these labels, but even then people still sue for every stupid thing they do. But to any person of average intelligence some of them are still funny. The one of the can of peanuts with the label that this can contains nuts is an example of what I thought was one of the funny ones. Of course I didn't see what kind of nuts it contained on the picture of the label. Fred, Now I know why you are always offering to do my dental work. I have a dremel set too and mine doesn't have that warning on it. Maybe I had better hide it. Ron :LOL: |
I agree Fred, they are very funny...I like the egg carton that states; "Might contain eggs".

My wife had a blow dryer with a warning that said, "Do not use while sleeping." WTF?

My current personal favorite was on a ski jacket at Dick's Sporting goods. The jacket had some kind of sewn-in reflector for the "sonar" that avalanche rescue workers use to find buried skiers. The warning was " this device does not prevent avalanches!"

It's getting pretty stupid.
The next thing you know "they" will be trying to say that my ball peen hammer,chisel,vise grips and channel locks aren't for dental work either.:rolleyes: |
