Kelly Sucks
In a recent communication(s) with other managers the topic of contract services was discussed.
To which I was able to listen to what my peers had to say from BOTH points of view. When this service provider came up in the conversations, it was believed that there was a vast amount of room for improvement for the employee. I could only believe their comments were the result of their experiences. So, should any of my fellow club members be considering a contract service, keep in mind that people treated well will usually do a better job. I hope this helps. :D :D |
