took her out for the first time
Well - it's only been in the low 40s here in Bavaria but I couldn't wait and decided to take the spf460 out for the first time.
I am not sure if the looks on peoples faces were pity or car fascination but I did get a lot of them. My girlfriend (bless her heart) sat beside me and we hat a great time even with snow in some shady places. First driving impressions: - too much tire pressure (I guess), since I could feel every pebble and cigarette butt on the road. - little hard shimmy feeling from the front while braking - parking or turning around in a tight spot is a pain - sound is awesome - I expected a bit more power out of the 460SVO cobrajet. I did rev her up to 5000rpm but she felt a bit hesitant or reluctant. - fuel gauge is going from half to quarter really quickly - she takes forever to get warm ( I mean the Cobra) We both enjoyed it, I got it out of my system and look forward to spring. What a great car, I can't wait to get more accustomed to it. Laters Jürgen SPF#385 |
Congrats! I have to wait at least a month and a half before I can drive mine!
