No such thing as too much power, only not enough control.

Article is a bit lacking to say the least.

R & T has a supercar issue that the writer compares the Porsche to P1 to Laferrari. Porsche was the only one that allowed their car to be tested.

I don't follow Porsche even this one or most of the production models. Seems like they are going to build much more than the P1 and Ferrari will with their supercars.

You know one member here described the GT site and this one. He descried this one where members tell it like it is, however I find that to be an excuse for those to be rude, obnoxious and down right mean.

Porsche 918

Watch the video of Patrick Long driving it around Circuit of the Americas lots of quick corrections, it looks like more than a handful compared to video's of P1 drives. It is also Porky pig at 3700 pounds not the best way to great vehicle dynamics. It will be interesting to compare times at the Ring, of course a Radical SR8 could trash the whole bunch there for one tenth the cost.

R & T may have only got their test equipment on the Porsche 918, but in their comparison with the P1 and Laferrari, it seemed to me that the Porsche clearly came in 3rd place.
