Mobile view ability?
Does this site not have a Mobile view setting?

No. As fragile as it is thank goodness you have a desktop style presentation.

I suspect the software being used (vBulletin) was developed long before mobile became as popular as it now is. CC is running vBulletin 3.8.0, which was released in January 2009 and is now considered 'end of life' and no longer supported. vBulletin is now up to version 5.5.6.
I just finished building a website for my photography business using Wordpress and was pleasantly surprised at how well it handles desktop, tablet and mobile. When developing the site I was easily able to select which view I wanted and it would render it as appropriate.
