For outside dog owners
Sometimes I get very busy and forget to change water for the dog, when I get home the water is HOT and I feel guilty. I finally solved that problem,
purchased a battery operated water timer that people use on their gardens and a pressure reducer. It runs for 1 minute every 6 hours cycling in fresh water, about 1 gallon. These items can be picked up at Lowe's or Home Depot, the pressure reducer is located in the drip irrigation section. I feel better now.......... |
Do they have a similar, yet different, device for the wife?
Mike ;) (running for cover) |
Automatic dog watering. :D
Used to do that for horses until the water froze, then we had to switch to the tank until spring. |
MMMMmmmm.
%/ Can it be hooked up to a beer barrell.. |
Now that's something to consider, of course the timer would need to be set for 1 gal, every 5 minutes................
|
Beats yelling to the wife to bring another beer from the fridge...
Yes we can all live in fantasy land.... my wife would soon tell me.. |
