Would'nt you think we would feel comfortable?
With the current hot and humid temperatures in the East...it made me think????
Since our bodies are normally at 98.6 degrees F. you would think we would feel comfortable since the outside temperature closely matches our body temperature. That can't be further from the truth. I'm very uncomfortable! |

An aside, back in the mid-70's, I saw a chart of the human "comfort zone" based on humidity and temperature.
A big ugly oval, 110 degrees at 5% humidity was as "comfortable" as 80 degrees at 40% humidity. Fascinating. I have not seen it since. |
