Vacation to Acapulco
Headed to Mx for a couple of weeks, had to change plans a bit due to Dean. Anybody have any favorite spots in/around Acapulco? Got invited down by some friends who own a beachhouse and a nice fishing boat. Hope the weather holds, but....
I think I need to stop vacationing. Last one was to Tampa/St Pete/Clearwater and was....hurricaned out! Ended up in Daytona instead. |
Went to Alcapulco years ago. Hopefully it has changed, because it is scary to get off the Malecan, main street on the waterfront. The yacht club is great place, or at least it was.
Spent several months in Puerto Vallarta sailing Frolic, and it was heaven. No poverty, and you can go anywhere you like in town. The bus rides were a hoot too! |
