That truck driver needs to improve his aim. Missed the perp's head by THIS much. Better luck next time.

I am sure there will be an element of "nature" that will allow the driver of the truck to go without investigation.

Probably would have been better to shoot the perp in the leg.

:D

That's what happens when you run!

4RE KLR 08-27-2007 08:34 AM

Especially in Texas.

They will usually just shoot you here!

trularin 08-27-2007 03:27 PM

Here they shoot and then ask questions later.

Looks like in Texas, they want to make sure you know you're being arrested.

:D

Yea, I don't think he had any doubt they were after him. Funny how the clip said It had rained and the ground was wet, yea right.

Officer:
Yea, I was just trying to get control of the situation you see and uh, well he moved to scratch his butt and uh, I thought he had a gun so I opened up on him, for my own protection of course.

Media:
Well, I can see where that may have been an issue Bubba, but you shot the poor old sap eleven times.

Officer:
Well you know in the heat of battle, we have to make sure the perp is down for the count you see.

Media:
Yea but again, your police issued weapon only has eight rounds and maybe one in the chamber so that would mean you had to reload, right.

Officer:
Yes but I always like to poke the kill to make sure that it is over and well, he moved when I kicked him so I clicked off a couple more, any self respectin Texan would have done the same ma-mm'.

trularin 08-28-2007 06:04 AM

That sounds like the voice of experience Steve, want to confess something?
