Then again if you listened to it all day you would look forward to getting out of it and as far away as possible.
The old leather flying helmet would not have blocked much of the roar out... Real flying by the seat of your pants..%/... and still good to listen to once or twice. |

For years I live in S.F.Ca., and I loved October. That meant fleet week, and that equaled a fantastic show. All kinds of planes, and the Blue Angels flying over my rooftop on Knob Hill.
While at work when they would pass over the buildings. You could hear them coming, but they were gone before the defening roar came blasting through. One regret in leaving California is I never made it to the Reno Air Show. |
