That man is as agile as a monkey. Unbelievable the speed, and concentration especially when he just kind of leaped forward for his next hold....WOW

I've seen the speed climb vidio before - nothing short of amazing.
Hadn't heard the final analysis of the rope break other than the fact it
had been in the weather too long. Looks like a small over looked detail did
him in. I am very familiar with skydiving and any incident is tracable to
several factors in a chain that, had any one had been altered, the incident
would have been avoided, but together proved deadly. Fortunately it is
rare to have all these factors in place, but it does happen.
